  • Hillary sold my single fam home in Rockland. She had a great photographer come over and make our house look gorgeous. After the open house, we had 5 offers (two over ask)!
    — Daria G.
  • She understands the market and will position your home for the best results using strategic pricing, professional photography/video, and targeted marketing via real estate and social media outlets. We had multiple competing offers at the first open house and closed quickly. We were so pleased with the sale, we asked Hillary to represent us as buyers. Again, her knowledge of the market (and us!) and her keen negotiating skills helped us find and close on the perfect home in a limited inventory location at the ideal price in a matter weeks.
    — Powers O.
  • As a mom of three under four with one on the way, I was on a serious time crunch, and she handled everything calmly with confidence and efficiency... Thanks to her we found the perfect home just in time.
    — Jess T.
