About Gary Smyth

Gary has proudly served as a City of Quincy Fire Fighter for over 32 years and currently holds the position of Deputy Fire Chief. For the past three years, he has worked alongside Hillary Birch, leveraging his extensive knowledge of Quincy and surrounding South Shore towns to help clients buy and sell properties with confidence.

Known for his no-pressure approach, Gary ensures clients feel supported throughout every step of the transaction. His deep local connections and longstanding relationships allow him to make even complex real estate deals close smoothly and efficiently.

Gary grew up in Quincy, spent many years living in Braintree, and now resides in Weymouth. Outside of real estate, he enjoys boating, spending quality time with his family, and visiting the lakes region of New Hampshire during the summer.
